Position Requirements

• Customer Service experience in pest control preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Generating sale leads that develop into new customers
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
• High School degree or GED

*No prior experience required, but is preferred.
